Customer service centre of "Rīgas satiksme" at Brīvības Street 191 to close for reconstruction
"Rīgas satiksme" informs that as of May 15 its customer service centre at Brīvības Street 191 will be closed for reconstruction. Starting from May 18, a temporary customer service centre will be open outside the closed one, where clients will be served until the end of the reconstruction in mid-August.
The temporary customer service will be open from 9:00 till 19:00 on working days, from 10:00 till 16:00 on Saturdays and will be closed on Sundays. It will provide clients with the same services as the closed one at Brīvības Street 191: issue of personalized and non-personalized e-tickets, extension of the status giving the right to reduced fare and other services.
As of May 18 and until the end of the reconstruction the service of legal persons will be also transferred to another customer service centre, "Spīķeri" at Spīķeru Street 1, and the hours of serving legal persons will be also changed: from 9:00 till 18:00 on Mondays-Thursdays and from 9:00 till 15:00 on Fridays.
There will be two employees in the temporary customer service centre. To avoid long queues, clients are urged to visit other customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme".
The customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme" are located at Brīvības Street 384b, Prāgas Street 1, Spīķeru Street 1, Vienības gatve 117a, Kurzemes Avenue 137 and Brīvības Street 49/53. They are open every working day from 9.00 till 19.00, on Saturdays from 10.00 till 16:00; the centre at Spīķeru Street 1 is open also on Sundays from 10:00 till 16:00. The customer service centre at Brīvības Street 49/53 is open on workdays from 8.00 till 19.00 and on Saturdays from 10.00 till 15.00.
